As wedding planning and the actual wedding day can be a very stressful process, these classes are designed to help you and your loved ones focus, relax, and enjoy this momentous occasion.

Customized programs are broken down into three tiers:
6-months: Training is 2 times a week for the first month and once after that.
3-months: Training is 3 times a week for the first month and twice after that.
1-month: Training is 3 times a week for at least 4-consecutive weeks.

All programs are customized to fit within your time frame, needs and desires.  These are balanced full body regiments. Here are some examples of how you’ll get sexy in shape:

Sexy Bikini Bottom
After this regimen, you’ll be ready to show off those curves in now time!  This is a personalized program to keep those shapely abs, hips, bum, and legs fit and healthy so that you’re as breathtaking as the paradise you’ll be vacationing in!

Spectacular Strapless Dress Arms
This is a personalized program to get those strong and toned arms looking sensational.  Get ready for a workout that will leave you wanting to keep your shoulders, back, and arms bare all year round!

Bridal Party
Bridal-Shower-Yoga-Soiree! 1.5 hour
Customize a special bridal shower for the bride-to-be. Indulge in our most popular signature yoga party with all the gals followed by healthy organic refreshments & snacks, as well as a surprise bridal basket full of indulgent goodies for the bride.
Customizable options for the soiree include: yoga class, massage party, pole-dancing, bridal basket, and refreshments.

*Payment for group sessions must be received 1-week in advance of scheduled date
 
Bride & Groom
Yoga Date Night 1.5-hour
Set a date with each other to explore intimacy through partner yoga, meditation and affirmations.
